With a BA (Hons) degree in the PGA's flagship AGMS program from the University of Birmingham, Phil is a specialist in developing elite golfers, with a focus on a holistic approach to coaching, considering the person, athlete, and golfer.

As a performance golf coach, Co-Founder of the Junior Golf Guys, Warwickshire County Coach, and Trustee of Construction Sport, Phil's clients include Tour Pros, PGA pros, England National Members, County players, and many more. He is one of only seven TPI level 3 certified coaches in the UK and has developed some of the finest young golfers in the country, having been instrumental in developing talent hotbeds at The Nike Golf Academy and The Belfry.

Phil has a range of qualifications and accolades, including being Wedge Matrix and Game Like Training Accredited in 2020. He is a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Level 3 Junior Coach and a Trackman Certified Coach Level 2. Phil has also been recognized with various awards, including being named the CCPR Sports Coach of The Year in 2011 and a runner-up in the Warwickshire Golf Coach of The Year in 2019 and England Coach of The Year in both 2018 and 2019. He is also a PGA Class AA Professional and a Titleist Performance Institute Level 3 Junior Coach.
